Sunflower Reiki Healing was created through my own journey navigating life's challenges, which included seasons of grief, change, and deeper transitions that come with womanhood.
I created this space as a place where you can truly slow down.....exhale.... and just be.
I understand what it feels like to carry so much internally, and how powerful it is to finally feel supported, heard, and at ease in your body.
I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki under Melissa Ruy of Starseed Reiki Healing Arts in St. Augustine, Florida. I have also completed the Sound Healing Mastery Certification with Diana Vasquez of Sound Bath Jax, allowing me to thoughtfully integrate sound into my sessions for a deeper, more immersive healing experience.
My work blends Reiki energy healing with the calming, restorative effects of sound to help bring your system back into balance - physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Sessions are offered in a peaceful, private setting within my historic home, creating a calm and supportive space where you can fully relax, release, and simply be.

Many of us live in a constant state of stress or overwhelm. My work focuses on helping the body shift out of that state and into one of rest, balance, and restoration.
