Hello, I’m Lisa, the Owner and Founder of Sunflower Reiki Healing.
I am an intuitive and certified crystal healer and hold certifications in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki at the First, Second, and Master Degree levels. These certifications have deepened my understanding of energy healing and advanced techniques for distance healing and emotional balancing.
My journey into Reiki began as a personal quest for harmony—a search for a deeper connection to my spirit and well-being. Even before discovering Reiki, I felt drawn to the world of alternative healing. But it was the profound sorrow of losing someone dear to me that truly opened my heart to this ancient practice.
Every encounter with Reiki is unique. The first time I experienced its healing energy, I felt an undeniable sense of serenity and inner peace. Throughout my life, people have described my presence as calming, a quiet strength that seemed to carry a natural gift for healing. As a child, I often sought solitude in the woods, among the trees, where I would meditate and find solace. That instinct to connect with nature still guides me today.
For as long as I can remember, there was an inner voice urging me toward a life of service—toward helping others heal. But before I could extend my hands to others, I first had to heal myself. My intuitive nature, the ability to deeply sense the pain of those around me, led to a profound spiritual awakening that allowed my healing gifts to fully emerge.
Now, I have dedicated my life to Reiki and the journey of healing. Reiki is more than a complementary therapy—it is a gentle yet powerful practice that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and holistic well-being. It is the heartbeat of my existence.
